About me
Since I was little I have always enjoyed video games. My first memories was when I would play on my Nintendo 64 with my dad. The experience of each world, the feelings/emotions of each story and the ability of each game to make me feel magical and a sense of escapism from the real world. These early experiences is what initially sparked a love of the gaming industry for me.
I want to create the same scenarios and characters that provide a sense of connection and fantasy for the new generation of gamers, this is what inspired me to become a 3D artist. I have recently received a degree from The Univeristy of the West of England in ´Games Technology´. This degree allowed me to have an insight into different gaming applications and a basic understanding of programes such as ´Maya´ and ´3D Max´. Throughout this time I came to realise that ´Blender is my prefferred option.
The simplicity and results that can be achieved on this programme made me improve on a variety of skills. I wanted to learn all of the steps related to making a 3D model such as rigging, animating, texturing and rendering. From using Blender I have also been able to develop skills on other design softwares such as Photoshop and Substance Painter. Although I have now finished university, I still try to develop this passion through continuous personal projects. You can find some of my designs on the portfolio section of this site.
